Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any change
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-levels to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and track progress
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports to the Management Team
Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and external partners
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues that could impact delivery
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

| Anforderungen |
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, IT or a related field
8+ years of experience in IT project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Experience with business software and the digitalization of business processes
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, certifications are strongly desirable
Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships with clients and partners
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Self-confident, flexible and open-minded individual with a passion for delivering successful projects
Fluency in English
